About Forum:
The International Forum �Baltic IT&T� has long traditions. It is one of the largest and most significant ICT events in the Baltic Sea Region, bringing together senior government representatives, experts from European Commission and international organisations, as well as top level executives from the world�s leading ICT companies and other business sectors.
The motto of the forum is �Partnerships for Innovation and Competitiveness�. The major objective is to establish and promote effective partnerships among the public and the private sectors, associations and other IT&T industry related organisations in the Baltic Sea region to promote innovation and competitiveness.
The central Forum event is the 15th International Baltic IT&T 2011 Conference, accompanied by several workshops, seminars and roundtable meetings. In the spotlight of this year�s Forum will be the Digital Agenda for Europe.
Baltic IT&T 2011 will focus on:
� e-skills and employability with particular focus on export potential of e-skills tools;
� Information and systems security;
� today�s priorities of CIOs including cloud computing, IT environment security and optimisation.
Co-operation partners include international organisations, regional and national authorities and associations, as well as leading industry companies and media.
